Bilateral meetings
Following the presentations in the morning, we would like to offer the opportunity to have face to face meetings with the ESA staff responsible for each of the different activity domains presented. The second part of the meeting (from 13:00 to 15:30) will be structured as a series of one-on-one meetings.
The meetings will have a fixed duration of 15 mins and will be organised by order of registration request (first come - first served basis). A final agenda with the precise timetable for the meetings and locations shall be provided after 15 March 2018.

Note that in situations where participants request meetings in multiple domains, ESA will allocate a meeting in one of the selected domains only. Meetings for the additional domains requested shall be allocated only when entities seeking single meetings in these other domains have all been accommodated.
